Sylvara Labs offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Custom Manufacturing Model

Sylvara Labs operates as a private label and contract manufacturer. All orders are made-to-order and tailored to each client’s specific needs and formulations. We do not offer ready-to-ship consumer products.

2. Order Process

All bulk production orders require a formal consultation, quotation, sampling, and signed agreement. Production begins only after written confirmation of all product specifications (formulas, packaging, volumes) and receipt of deposit. All sales are final once production has started.

3. Sample Orders

Clients may request product samples before placing a full order. Samples are made specifically for each client’s evaluation and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms and schedules are defined in the service agreement. Production does not begin until initial payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All formulas, packaging designs, and brand assets developed in collaboration with Sylvara Labs remain the property of the client once payment is completed, unless otherwise stated in a contract. Confidentiality of all custom developments is strictly maintained.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are agreed upon in advance. Sylvara Labs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

7. Product Quality and Liability

We adhere to strict quality control standards. However, the final use, distribution, and labeling of the product are the responsibility of the client. Clients must ensure regulatory compliance in their destination markets.

8. No Returns or Refunds

As a custom manufacturer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for approved and finalized orders. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

9. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any destructive code. Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your services.

10. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.
