Return & Refund Policy
At Sylvara Labs, all orders are custom manufactured in bulk and made-to-order based on a prior agreement and signed contract with each client. As a contract manufacturer and private label service provider, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for finalized and approved orders.
Order Confirmation
Before production begins, each order undergoes a detailed quotation, sampling, and approval process. Clients confirm all specifications, including formula, packaging, and quantity, and sign a formal agreement. Production only starts upon written approval and receipt of deposit.
Samples
Clients may request samples to evaluate formula, texture, performance, and packaging. All sample purchases are final and non-refundable, as samples are made specifically for testing and are not resalable. Clients are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review and test samples before proceeding with bulk production.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom and large-volume nature of our manufacturing (e.g., 200 kg drums), all sales are final. Once production has started, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy ensures the integrity of our formulations and protects product safety and quality.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If a shipment is damaged or contains defective goods during transit, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence and delivery details. Sylvara Labs will evaluate each case individually and, if necessary, provide replacement or resolution at our discretion.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing samples, quotations, and contracts prior to confirming any order. Approval of all specifications in writing, along with payment of the deposit, constitutes acceptance of our policies.
